The short version: this website doesn’t collect your personal data. We only receive your details when you choose to message us, and we use them to look after your lesson.

What this website collects
Nothing from you directly. The site has no sign-up forms, no accounts, no advertising or tracking tools, and it sets no cookies. Our fonts and images are hosted with the site itself, so your browser doesn’t contact other companies just to display the page.
Like any website, the company that hosts it keeps basic technical logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use these logs to identify you.
When you contact or book with us
Booking happens on WhatsApp or by email. When you message us we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number, lesson date and level. If it matters for your safety, you may also tell us about your age, swimming ability or any health condition. We use this only to reply, plan and run your lesson, and keep our own booking records. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising, and we only share them with the coaches who teach you.
We keep your messages only as long as we need them for your booking and our records. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. When you follow those links, those companies handle your information under their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.
Photos and video
We may photograph or film lessons, and photos and video of your session are available to buy. We only share them publicly, for example on Instagram, if you’ve said that’s fine. Tell us at any time if you’d like something removed.
Children
Lessons for children are booked by a parent or guardian, and we take the booking details from them.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@oceanfreedomsurf.com and we’ll reply as soon as we can. We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). If you’re visiting from the EU or UK, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how the site works, for example by adding analytics or a booking form, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
